I invited Dr Mark Rowe to speak as part of ‘World Mental Health Day’ in our Oracle offices in Dublin. I was looking for something that would really relate to our employees, who work in an ‘always on’ culture. I had seen Dr Mark Rowe deliver many keynote speeches and felt his energetic and engaging nature would be a perfect fit for our employees and perfect fit for our ‘World Mental Health Day’ event.
The keynote was engaging and interactive and managed to gain to attention of all attending (which is nearly an impossible thing to do here at times). I received really positive feedback from our employees, mostly around how they loved the approach Mark took on having a focus on ‘happiness’ rather than the negative focus.
I would encourage any organization to invite Dr Mark Rowe to speak within their organisation, as he’s nothing less than an inspiration!
