#72 Emperor Marcus Aurelius; Wisdom Gained through Meditations

Marcus Aurelius, described as one of the five good Emperors of the Roman Empire, led his people through a period of immense turmoil. As one of the last Roman rulers, and the last emperor of the Pax Romana, he used stoic philosophy and stoic principles to provide a rich framework for leading with integrity and insightful wisdom.

Emperor Marcus Aurelius’ work – and his life – is exemplified in his personal diary: Meditations.

Journaling, and the questions we should ask ourselves during our meditation practices…..
