A true talent…..Inspiring everyone to live life with Vitality
Dr. Rowe’s message is simple: we all need to invest time in our physical, emotional and mental well-being. But these simple messages are delivered in such an engaging way, with actionable day-to-day tips and tricks.
This is such an important topic and one which I still feel we do not talk about enough in workplaces. Listening to Dr. Rowe was both a breath of fresh air, and a reminder of the importance of getting out and getting some fresh air!
I highly recommend for corporate groups.

I invited Dr Mark Rowe to speak as part of ‘World Mental Health Day’ in our Oracle offices in Dublin. I was looking for something that would really relate to our employees, who work in an ‘always on’ culture. I had seen Dr Mark Rowe deliver many keynote speeches and felt his energetic and engaging nature would be a perfect fit for our employees and perfect fit for our ‘World Mental Health Day’ event.
As a founder, partner and currently the Global President of Healthcare and IT Distribution, I serve on several boards and participate in many conferences, including the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo, where I had the great fortune of meeting Dr. Mark Rowe. I have seen Dr. Rowe give keynote speeches as well as many panel discussions, after which I had asked him to speak to Humanscale for our internal staff, as well as our customers and resellers. Mark’s speeches have received overwhelming responses and we have asked him back several times. As one customer said, it was in his whole career, the best talk and lessons learned ever! I would encourage any organization, large and small, if given the opportunity to invite Dr. Rowe to speak for a truly generative inspiring event.

Dr Mark Rowe
We have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Mark Rowe on a number of occasions, as part of Ibec’s KeepWell Mark workplace wellbeing programme. Mark has a true talent for capturing an audience and inspiring everyone in the room to live life with vitality. Mark covers topics related to personal health and wellbeing in a way that is relatable and while he connects with a deeper meaning in his work, it never comes across as overly metaphysical. We got fantastic feedback following sessions with Mark and I would highly recommend him for an engaging session that will help any group to take ownership of their health and kickstart a holistic ownership of personal or organisational wellbeing.
Dr Mark Rowe has been an invaluable support to the founders that we invest in and also their teams. Mark has provided group training and also one-on-one support and mentorship to our founders, focusing in particular on wellness and resilience. The feedback has been amazingly positive and I would recommend Mark and his team to any start-up founder or any company or multinational that wants to focus on the improving the health, wellness and resilience of their organisation.
In 2018 we searched for a health, wellness and resilience expert to deliver insight and guidance to participants on our UCD Smurfit Senior Leadership programme. This immersive residential programme is an in-depth personal and strategic journey with a select group of individuals focused on the C-Suite and Board level. Leadership requires a growth mindset and healthy practices to sustain peak performance. Dr Mark Rowe embraces this thinking marrying Eastern philosophy with Western science, often guiding participants to new level of self-awareness and commitment to wellbeing. Mark has delivered on our ‘In Conversation Series’ panel on Leadership and most recently, April 2020, sharing his thoughts and practices on ‘Managing Stress & Avoiding Burnout’ during and post Covid-19. His accessible approach and candor as a medical practitioner brings an abundance of knowledge and empathy to our participants, alumni and guests.

Dr Mark Rowe spoke at our conference “The future of depression and bipolar disorder in UCD and delivered a most engaging and relevant presentation to an audience that included Clinicians , Volunteers with Aware and the general Public. We had over 800 people register for the event and Mark spoke for 20 minutes and held the room’s attention for the entire period. He also participated in a panel discussion afterwards and his responses to questions was appreciated by all. He is a wonderful engaging speaker and the feedback from those who heard Mark speak was all very positive.
